Royal Offer Tracker Last updated: August 11, 2026
These terms govern the tracker service provided by Jeremy Carter, doing business as Royal Offer Tracker ("we," "us") to you ("you," "the customer"). By paying the setup fee, you agree to them.
1. What this service is
We build and maintain a private web page that displays casino cruise offer information that you supply to us. The page shows your offers, the sailings each offer is valid for, expiration countdowns, sailings that both people on the page can book, and offers that may be eligible to be combined.
That is the entire service. It is a record-keeping and display tool.
2. What this service is not
- We are not a travel agency and we do not book cruises. We hold no travel seller license and make no reservations on your behalf. All bookings are made by you, directly with the cruise line.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Royal Caribbean International, Casino Royale, Royal Caribbean Group, or any of their affiliates. All trademarks belong to their owners and are referenced only to describe what your offers relate to.
- We do not access your cruise line account. We never ask for your account password or log in as you. Please do not send us login credentials; if you do, we will delete them and ask you to change your password.
- We do not guarantee that any offer is valid, available, or bookable.
3. Accuracy — read this one
Everything on your page comes from information you provide: mailers, emails, screenshots, or details you type into a form. We transcribe it. We do not verify it against the cruise line's systems, and we have no way to do so.
Offers change. Sailings sell out. The cruise line may withdraw, alter, or reinterpret an offer at any time, without telling us or you.
Always confirm every detail with Casino Royale before you book or make travel plans. The reservations number is displayed on your page for that purpose. Your page is a convenience, not an authority.
We are not responsible for a missed sailing, an expired offer, a declined booking, a rate difference, or any travel cost arising from information displayed on your page — including where that information is wrong because we made a transcription error.
4. Fees
| One-time setup | $50 |
| Monthly updates | $12.99 per month |
The setup fee covers transcribing your offers, researching the sailings each one applies to, building your page, and publishing it to its own web address.
The monthly fee covers weekly updates: removing expired offers, adding new offers you send us, and recording cruises you've booked.
The setup fee is charged once, before work begins. Monthly billing starts when your page goes live.
5. Turnaround
We aim to publish your page within two business days of receiving complete information, and to refresh it weekly while your subscription is active.
These are targets, not guarantees. If we're delayed, we'll tell you. A late update is not a breach of these terms, and does not on its own entitle you to a refund — though see section 6.
If you send information that is incomplete or unclear, we will ask you rather than guess. We never invent an offer code, an expiration date, or a sailing.
6. Refunds
If we have not delivered your page within fourteen days of receiving your complete information, you may request a full refund of the setup fee.
Once your page has been built and delivered, the setup fee is non-refundable — the work has been done.
Monthly fees are not refundable for partial months. If you cancel, your subscription runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel any time, for any reason, with no notice period and no fee.
Your page keeps working. We do not take it down when you stop paying. It stays online, exactly as it was on your last update, and remains yours to use for as long as we operate the service. It simply stops being updated.
If you would rather your page be removed entirely, tell us and we'll take it down and delete your information.
We may cancel your subscription with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you misuse the service. If we cancel, we refund any period you've paid for but not received. Your page stays up under the same terms above.
8. Your information and your privacy
What we collect: your name and your partner's name, an email address, an optional phone number, the last four digits of your Casino Royale or Crown & Anchor member numbers, your home ports, and the offer and sailing details you send us.
We deliberately do not collect full member numbers. A complete member number alongside your name is enough for someone to call the cruise line and impersonate you. Please do not send us complete numbers; if a mailer you send includes one, we record only the last four.
How your page is protected: your page sits at its own web address that is not listed anywhere, not linked from our site, and marked so search engines don't index it. It is not password-protected. Anyone who has the address can open it. Treat the address like a shared photo album — fine for your partner, not something to post publicly. If you post your address in a group or forum, that's outside our control.
What we do with it: build and update your page. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone. We don't use it for advertising.
Deletion: ask, and we'll delete your information and remove your page.
9. Availability
Your page is hosted on third-party infrastructure. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uptime, and we're not liable for outages, whether ours or a provider's.
We may change how the page looks or works as we improve it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including travel costs, lost cruise fares, missed offers, lost deposits, or lost opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Acceptable use
Don't resell or redistribute the service. Don't use it to store anything other than your own cruise offer information. Don't ask us to transcribe offers that aren't yours.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to pay after that means you accept the change.
Price changes work the same way: 30 days' email notice, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
